As a premium manufacturer of strip steel and metal band saws, we are particularly committed to the data protection compliant processing of your data. The following statements on the implementation of data protection principles and legal provisions on data protection apply to all products, services and the website of our company J.N. Eberle & Cie. GmbH, Eberlestraße 28,

The data collected by the etracker technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website without the separately granted consent of the person concerned and will not be combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. Contact form

Application form

J. N. Eberle & Cie. GmbH collects your data for the purpose of carrying out the application process and the fulfillment of pre-contractual obligations. The data collection and processing is required for the fulfillment of the application process and is based on Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b) DSGVO. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. Due to the Equal Treatment Act (ETA) we have to keep your data for a period of six months. After this period from receipt of your application we will delete the data we have received.

 

5. Plugins and tools

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
