Textile Sinker Steel
Textile machine manufacturers and textile producers expect their textile needles to be manufactured and finished with particular precision. When used in machinery for knitting, weaving, embroidery, felting, tufting and carding or raschel machines the best qualities are just barely good enough. We supply needle manufacturers with the perfect textile sinker steel with the narrowest of thickness tolerances. It can be punched and stamped with precision, and its uniform microstructure means that it is robust and elastic, and features exactly the surface finish that is required in the textile industry – for assembling and mounting circular knitting cylinders, for example.
