Excellent jig saw and reciprocating steel must satisfy exacting requirements for wear resistance, stiffness and elasticity. Our customers recognize the quality of our steel by the durability, toughness and long service life of the jig saw blades and reciprocating saws that they manufacture out of it. We use electron beam welding and laser welding processes in the manufacture of our longitudinal seam welded bimetal strip steel for jig saws and reciprocating saws.
There are many different material combinations possible, precisely matched to suit the jobs a jig saw or reciprocating saw is used for. We use an extremely robust carrier material and an edge material that ensures outstanding wear resistance. If you have special requirements then we will be happy to advise you which bimetal strip steel for jig saws or reciprocating saw it best suited for your task at hand.
Benefits at a glance:
- ideal blade properties in terms of elasticity and stiffness
- wear resistance, hard teeth ensure long service life
- reliable, trouble-free processing throughout the subsequent manufacturing stages
- excellent process reliability for efficient manufacturing
