That feeling of happiness comes along after having successfully passed the apprenticeship. We, the company J.N. Eberle & Cie. GmbH, the Eberle trainers and the colleagues, are glad to congratulate our former trainees for the successful completion of all exams. Eberle thanks the trainers, as only with their support the long way to the final happy end – the completion of the apprenticeship – is possible.
Four of the five junior staffs became meanwhile part of the company family and are already actively involved in the daily Eberle business life. Eberle has already been offering for many years different kind of apprenticeship PROGRAMS as it is considered to be an essential component of human resources development. The reasons are manifold:
- new impetus support the corporate culture
- motivation of the complete workforce
- development of junior staff
